Return & Exchange Policy
Acceptable Return/Exchange Condition:
- To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, unstained, free from dirt, hair, or any other debris, and in their original condition with all tags and liners still attached.
- Please fold the returned clothes neatly and place them carefully into the return bag to ensure the products arrive in resellable condition.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Window & Fees:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a $6 USD return shipping fee will apply.
When We Will Decline a Return:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated standards of acceptable returns.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear. Please wear underwear when trying on purchases.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that exceed our return window.
- No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase.
- Combined returns are not allowed.
- Return labels cannot be generated for APO/FPO addresses.
Order Adjustment:
- If a return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions for discounts or gifts, the discounts will be revoked when calculating the refund, and the gifts must be returned to qualify for a refund. The returned free gifts must also meet the same standards for acceptable returns outlined above.
Return, Exchange & Refund Processing Time:
- It may take up to one week for our warehouse to process the returned order and confirm that the items meet our return standards. Exchanged items will be shipped within 3 business days after our warehouse confirms that the returned items meet the above mentioned acceptable return standards. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation, but may take up to a week to reflect in your bank account.
How to Initiate Your Return/Exchange
- Please initiate your order return or exchange through the return portal. A return shipping label with the appropriate return address for your region will be provided to you. If you encounter any issue, please email support@anactionad.com.
